Description GreenFleet in conjunction with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) are offering free vehicle Fleet Check reviews for fleets of up to 50 vehicles. The potential savings can be significant. Fleet audits can identify opportunities to reduce total fleet operating costs by more than 20% and fuel savings of 10%. Fleet audits that have been carried to date have been very effective in identifying opportunities to reduce costs. These opportunities include: • Improving fuel monitoring and reporting mechanisms. • Better matching of vehicles with task requirements • Rationalising vehicle numbers • Improved trip management – less driving and more work • Improving driving habits • Identifying fuel card inconsistencies
