We use the Bokashi compost-zing system in our bach ion Northland and it's just perfect! Unlike a worm farm, you don't have to provide regular food so we can leave it for months between visits without worrying.
It works much better than an outdoor compost, because it is indoors under the bench so there is no danger of attracting possums, rats or other pests.
We really recommend this system for other baches and holiday homes, or even for camping holidays where you will end up taking your food scraps back home with you.
