Casas Design provides a comprehensive range of Architectural Design Services as well as Sustainable Design Solutions. We strongly believe that architectural professionals need to accept the fact that the demand for land, buildings, building products, energy, and other resources is increasing at an alarming rate. This in turn is raising the impact of architecture on our environment. Using Sustainable Design Principles makes a huge difference in diminishing the size of our ecological footprint.
Casas Design is a member of the New Zealand Green Building Council, an inclusive broad-based industry organization that has been formed to lead New Zealand’s focus on eco-friendly building. The Council is committed to developing market-based solutions that help develop buildings that are more efficient, healthier and innovative for New Zealand. Furthermore, Daniel Casas, one of the directors is a member of NZIA (New Zealand Institute of Architects) and ADNZ (Architectural Designers New Zealand Inc)
