At tika, we design eco-friendly casual sportswear made in New Zealand from natural, sustainable, annually renewable merino wool.
To achieve the lightweight and supersoft touch of tika merino, we source fiber from farms that are audited and certified by Zque to ensure exceptional quality New Zealand merino while meeting strict guidelines for environmental, social, and economic sustainability as well as animal welfare.
The Zque program has created a community of like- minded people throughout the value chain who support a new fabric category – ethical wool.
tika designs are inspired by Central Otago’s unique landscape from the fibre we use to the colours we choose.
To mitigate the effect we have on this environment, each year, we develop programs and goals to manage our carbon emissions and identify New Zealand based projects that offset carbon units.
