Visiting our Eco Wellness Resort (NZ pioneer in eco health and wellness spa and member of the Northland Sustainable Tourism Charter) you can experience what a very low carbon footprint feels like in a subtropical pampering resort. This is a luxurious break, not roughing it!

Our Eco Wellness Resort combines luxurious accommodation in private villas, organic gourmet food & beverage at Makai Restaurant and re-juvenating spa and massage treatments at Maora Wellness Centre - all coupled with exceptional friendly service to our guests as well as nature and environment!

A Demeter organic certification is in process for the whole resort, which is 100% chemical free and organic based on permaculture principles. One of our hobbies is to share our experience and wisdoms. We are active members of Transition Towns Kerikeri, Vision Kerikeri and numerous conservation groups.
