The extra training I have received makes me uniquely qualified to present the eco smarter features of homes today. I'm not a specialist nor an expert on energy and environmental issues, however I have achieved additional training through the BRANZ Green Home Assessors Course and the EcoBroker qualification as well as having spent time in the building industry. This means I can provide you with helpful information and resources that will enable you to make more informed decisions in today’s market where sustainability and smart choices are becoming front of mind. This extra service is more than what you would expect from a standard real estate salesperson. Currently I am one of two qualified EcoBrokers in New Zealand. You may call me anytime on 0275 430 288.

Certification
EcoBroker Certified. There is currently no NZ wide certification for Real Estate Agents, therefore I have had to do my training through the USA. Qualified Branz Green Home Assessor.
