Avalanche offers two different blends of 100% Arabica Fairtrade Organic Coffee and we choose to roast using the Sivetz fluidised hot air roasting method. This method extracts a cleaner, brighter and more intense flavour from the bean and removes any burnt, bitter or tainted flavours that can occur using other roasting methods.
MELT - A well rounded, perfectly balanced blend which releases a bold nutty flavour with a silky smooth caramel finish.
BLIZZARD - Is a full bodied blend which packs an explosive deep rich chocolate flavour with a spicy finish.
