Description We produce a range of salads, bakes, soups, slices and muffins using only the best ingredients. The majority of our ingredients are organic and where possible we source from local New Zealand suppliers. We only use free range eggs and use spelt flour in our baked goods. Our Grab & Go meals are all hand made and ingredients are chosen for their low fat content and nutritional value. Our containers are 100% recyclable and we provide a full ingredient and nutritional analysis for each item in the Grab & Go range (available on our website).
