Description
Worms Unlimited is a flexible resource co-authored by SIFE Waikato (based at The University of Waikato) and children's book author Rachel Goddard and is aimed at students in years 3-8.
Worms Unlimited focuses on the issues of Waste in New Zealand, Worm Farming and Worms, and Making Profit from Worms & Waste. Students learn about the scientific aspects of worms such as their anatomy and role in the ecosystem in a fun and interactive approach with an optional practical worm farming aspect. An additional business component further teaches students how to package, advertise, and sell their worm products using simple business concepts.
