Organic Island Baby was born nearly 4 years ago on Waiheke Island after having our 5th child with allergies and excema.
We started in our community with providing a delivery service for the eco disposables. Even did our own composting test with Waiheke Worms another local business.
However our conscience got the better of us so we searched for organic cotton reusable cloth nappies and completely commited to changing nappy use by education & promotion.
With my children in need of quality cotton for breathable softness to help their skin. Clothes weared sourced and Egyptian Demeter certified organic cotton all Fair Trade from farmer to crafter. Other families like ours want colour thats safe for baby's and toddlers so we're proving organic cotton doesn't have to beige
