Toyota was the first car company in NZ to publish a Sustainability Report; first to measure its carbon footprint and voluntarily offset its CO2 emissions; and is the first and only NZ car company to be ‘carboNZero’ certified. In 2007 and 2008 TNZ was listed in the top 5 companies for Massey University’s Corporate Social & Environmental Survey.
