Burger Wisconsin is a group of NZ owned and operated gourmet burger restaurants.

We are a member of the Sustainable Business Network, and have undertaken a sustainable audit to focus on areas where we can reduce our environmental footprint.

We source local NZ ingredients wherever possible.

We use energy efficient cfl or halogen light bulbs

Our waste oil is recycled for biofuel

Our packaging is low impact paper based from sustainable forests, using water based inks
